These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PSGC Cloud platform and API (the "Service"). By accessing, querying, or using the Service, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
1. Use of Service
You may consume read-only geographic reference data for lawful, standardized reference purposes. You must not misrepresent the geographic datasets as proprietary, nor modify our open data attributions when queried publicly.
2. Service Availability
The PSGC Cloud Service is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to modify, rotate, or deprecate endpoints with reasonable developer notice whenever practical.
3. Protection & Rate Limiting
Automated high-frequency scraping, abusive traffic patterns, or denial-of-service attempts will trigger our protective firewalls and result in temporary or permanent IP blocking to safeguard infrastructure availability.
4. Liability & Accuracy
We are not liable for any damages or business interruptions arising from the use or inability to use the Service. While we make every attempt to align with official datasets, data accuracy is not guaranteed; verify critical applications independently.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Major revisions or policy transformations will always be indicated by a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
